Vision statement

This exercise is designed to help you articulate a clear, personal vision for your wellness, life, or overall well-being.

A vision statement is not a goal or a checklist—it’s a guiding picture of the future you want to live into. It describes who you are becoming and how you want your life to feel when you are aligned with what matters most.

How to use it

Begin by reflecting on what you genuinely enjoy. These are the activities, experiences, and moments that energize you and make life feel meaningful. Next, revisit your core values—the principles that guide your decisions and define what’s important to you. Let these values anchor your thinking.

Then consider the dimensions of life that matter most right now and may need attention, such as health, relationships, career, personal growth, or spirituality. This step helps ground your vision in real areas of your life rather than abstract ideas.

With these reflections in mind, write your vision statement as if it is already happening. Use present-tense language and focus on how you live, act, and feel. Your statement can be written, visual, or mapped out—whatever helps it feel vivid and true to you.

A well-crafted vision statement becomes a north star. When decisions feel unclear or motivation fades, returning to it can help you reconnect with your direction and make choices that support the life you want to create.
