Core values

Your core values are the principles that quietly guide your decisions, shape your priorities, and influence how you show up in the world.

They reflect what matters most to you—not what you were taught to value or what others expect, but what genuinely feels true and important in your life. When your actions align with your core values, life tends to feel clearer, more grounded, and more meaningful.

How to use it

Scan the list slowly
Read through the words and notice which ones spark recognition or energy. These are clues, not obligations.

Circle what resonates
Circle any values that feel important to you right now. There’s no limit at this stage—allow yourself to be generous.

Narrow to your core six
From the circled words, choose the six that feel most essential—values you wouldn’t want to live without.

Rank them in order
Write your six values in order of importance (1–6). This step matters: when values compete, your ranking reveals what truly leads.

Reflect on alignment
Consider where your current life supports these values—and where it might not. This isn’t about judgment, but clarity.

Your core values act like an internal compass. When decisions feel difficult or life feels off-track, returning to them can help you move forward with confidence and integrity.
